You are invited to participate in a research study titled:"The Influence of a Toxic Workplace Environment on Employee Engagement among Female Employees Over 35 in China’s Internet Industry: Examining the Mediating Roles of Organizational Commitment and Job Burnout." This study aims to understand how toxic workplace environments affect employees’ engagement and attitudes, focusing on women over 35 working in China's internet sector.The survey is anonymous, and all responses will be used solely for academic research and treated with strict confidentiality. No identifying information will be collected. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may exit the questionnaire at any time. It will take approximately10–15 minutes to complete.

·You are currently working in an internet company in China;

·You have been employed at your current company for at least 6 months.
